Its no
wonder people are overwhelmed and frustrated
with exercise. There are so many gadgets,
books and DVDs all claiming results.
Potential clients ask me about my training
methods and principles. I strongly believe
that a person needs to build a solid
foundation with fitness by combining
exercises such as functional training, core
strengthening, weight resistant work and a
cardio vascular program. Stressing good form
and working efficiently are just as
important.
I custom design each workout for all my
clients and groups. I make workouts
interesting, fun and effective !
Program design is really fun for me. Along
with teaching proper form and technique,
individual program design is my most
important role as a trainer.
Everyone can benefit from these fitness
methods. As people age, they lose muscle
mass and the musculoskeletal system itself
does not function effectively. Exercise with
functional training methods along with
resistant work can slow and even reverse the
loss of bone, muscle and function.
I
understand that time can be short. My
fitness programs will be efficient, fun and
educational I want my clients to be at ease
with fitness, understand the concepts of
movement and continue to make fitness a part
of their lifestyle.

People
sometimes assume that I have always looked
like I do. As you can see in the before and
after photos ABOVE, I had a time in my life
where my weight had spiraled out of control.
I had put on over 60lbs with each pregnancy
and lost track of who I was as well. As a
mother of 2, I know the challenges of
finding balance between works, raising a
family and finding time for exercise. My
bodybuilding history has been a valuable
experience for me. I gained tremendous
understanding about successful weight
resistant work and developed a first-hand
foundation in nutrition and the the type of
foods that work. Combining this lifestyle
and principles helped me with my successful
transformation that I embrace with
enthusiasm everyday.
